1. Appointments

1.1 Booking: Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in-person. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. 1.2 Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your appointment is booked. 1.3 Rescheduling and Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Payments

2.1 Pricing: Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. 2.2 Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required for certain services, which will be deducted from the final bill. 2.3 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and CashApp. 2.4 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Service Quality: We strive to provide the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied, please address your concerns with the stylist before leaving the salon. 3.2 Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. 3.3 Health and Safety: Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment to ensure we provide the safest and most appropriate service.

4. Refunds and Returns

4.1 Service Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you have any issues, please bring them up with your stylist before you leave. 4.2 Product Returns: Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund. Used products are non-refundable.

5. Gift Certificates

5.1 Purchase: Gift certificates can be purchased online or in the salon. 5.2 Usage: Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be presented at the time of service. 5.3 Expiration: Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
